Having trouble with GC.com from my iPad

I often access Geocaching.com from my iPad. I don’t use the app. I use the URL. When I open a map and touch a cache icon a new page opens up in the iOS app format. I don’t want to use the app format. I want the cache page to open in the desktop format as it has for many years. 

Are there any settings that will allow me to open the cache page in the format that opens when using desktop?

In the past you may have defined to open any cache listing with the app instead of Safari (or other browser), so you need to redefine it.

My suggestion would be to momentarily delete the app from you iPad.

Try again to open any cache listing... since you don't have the app installed it will open with the browser, and if asks if you want to install the app to open it, say no.

Install the app again.

The next time you will try to open a cache listing, it may asks if you want to open it with the app, say no.

That definition should stick now. (At least works for me)
