Finding a reviewer's past log

Hi 

A little while ago I had to contact the National Trust to ask permission to place a cache. They emailed me consent and I put a copy of the email in the reviewer's section so that they could see it was ok to enable. I foolishly deleted my own copy of the email and I was wondering if there is any way to access the original log sent to the reviewer on the cache before it was enabled so that I could get a copy of the permission granted email. I  suppose I could email the reviewer again but I do not like to bother them as they are already very busy.

That's what I would do.  All the Reviewers I've met are very courteous and helpful.
