+bazzle Posted February 9, 2003 Posted February 9, 2003 Unless of course they are a Genuine Geo-nickel! ) that finds one and contacts me, I will buy a beer. You will have to come to St. Johns to redeem it though ... Life is as much a journey of discovery, as it is a discovery of the journey... **Namaste** Quote
+slinger91 Posted February 9, 2003 Posted February 9, 2003 definatley one of the better sig. items I've seen. I'll wait 'till I collect twelve of them before I take you up on that offer. EDIT: spelling "If I knew how thirsty I was going to be this morning, I would have drank more last night." Quote
Sassquatch Posted February 9, 2003 Posted February 9, 2003 realy look like the one I found in Texas by geovamp, also the starter of grampa the vampa TB. They are way cool and I was so keyed to find a geovamp coin. I am looking forward to hunting yours. Good on ya. Quote
+BigRedBee Posted February 10, 2003 Posted February 10, 2003 We could all save up our geo-beer-nickels, and all gang up to meet Bazzle at the same time! How many of them there tokens you got? Quote
+Lazyboy & Mitey Mite Posted February 10, 2003 Posted February 10, 2003 That will probably be our next signature item. The buttons are nearly gone. Get a good deal on them? I hear voices.....and they don't like you! Quote
+Team JOYSON Posted February 10, 2003 Posted February 10, 2003 Well... err took rather. Bazzle was passing one around at the HammerHead event & I wound up pocketing it (with Bazzles permission of course). So I guess technically I "found" it at a "cache". They really are pretty cool... But the don't smell as good as the other ones... Great job Bazzle. "Hello Cleveland... Hello Cleveland... I would like some pork... This one has a little guy in it." Quote
+bazzle Posted February 10, 2003 Author Posted February 10, 2003 Not too bad of a deal. $18/pound (actually about 1.5 lbs) for the blanks, $21 each for the custom rubber stamps, and $8 for each of the 3 stamp pads. So for $55 (plus a little shipping) got about 200. And since I have the stamps the next batch will be cheaper yet . Of course if you add the cost of a beer to each one... Life is as much a journey of discovery, as it is a discovery of the journey... **Namaste** Quote
+Lazyboy & Mitey Mite Posted February 10, 2003 Posted February 10, 2003 Not bad. Where did you get them? The only ones I've seen are preprinted. So you get your own stamps. OK, I'm hooked. I hear voices.....and they don't like you! Quote
+charlietd Posted February 10, 2003 Posted February 10, 2003 They look really cool in the picture and the beer deal is nice. How many to I have to find to get a new car? Charlie Trail Duster - When you pat a dog on its head, he will usually wag his tail. What will a goose do? Paul Lynde-- Make him bark. Quote
+oregone Posted February 10, 2003 Posted February 10, 2003 I found two today, so seven more and i've got an entire evening! I know where two more can be found, but i didn't want to be greedy... all rights reserved, all wrongs reversed Quote
Gutshot Posted February 15, 2003 Posted February 15, 2003 Hey they look good with the stamps. We had them done the expensive way. I'll have to take a picture of them to post. "Never under estimate the power of stupid people in large groups." Quote
+Nurse Dave Posted April 25, 2003 Posted April 25, 2003 Ha, I finally got one of these dudes. Don't drink beer though, so I'll just be holding on to it. ---Real men cache in shorts. Quote
+Zzzoey & illDRIVEuNav Posted April 25, 2003 Posted April 25, 2003 We must've followed you through Eugene Bazzle. I saw several of them but didn't take them. WARNING: I cannot be responsible for the above, as apparently my cats have learned how to type. Quote
Sassquatch Posted April 25, 2003 Posted April 25, 2003 Whaaa... Hooo!! Finally got one out of the Contact Cache. Hey Bazzle you are going to be in Yurt town on the 31st of May, right? I would suggest bringing some extra beer so you don't run out. Quote
+bazzle Posted April 25, 2003 Author Posted April 25, 2003 Not in yurt town, but right beside it in campsite A42... Not to worry, figured I would stock up well for this one My mind not only wanders... Sometimes it leaves completely... **Namaste** Quote
