+Rustynails
You keep screwing up the web page. I pay you hard earned money for premium membership and I CAN'T even log my finds. When I go to the "log this geocache" page all I get is the spinning green circle. Sometimes if I refresh the page it will let me log but not very often. Why won't you fix this ? I have many caches waiting to log. Quote Link to comment
+Kennethbe62
I have the same issue. Can log one geocache but after that it's locked. Left the spinning green circle of death going while I took a shower and came back and still there. Anyone have an answer? Quote Link to comment
+kayakkathy
Can't LOG caches. It's in a LOOP for three days now! Quote Link to comment
+kayakkathy
In a loop for three days now. I've squeezed one in after deleting cookies, but I think that was just luck. It's right back to the LOOP. CAN'T LOG GEOCACHES, DNF's or WILL ATTEND. HELP!!! Quote Link to comment

If you're not doing drafts (I understand it's a pain in the can/takes a while then), you could simply "opt out" for now, using the "old" logging page. Quote Link to comment
+GlobalRat
At the risk of repeating myself, from other thread. As soon as I added the URL to trusted sites in IE, it started working in IE and Microsoft Edge and I haven't experienced any further issues so far. +LivingInNarnia
Thanks for letting us know - we pushed out a fix that should solve this very unwelcome issue. (Refreshing the page and/or clearing the cache in your browser should also help.) We're keeping an eye on this problem, please let us know if you continue to have trouble! Thanks! 1 Quote Link to comment
+tobesought
I have tried to log caches this morning - UK time - but same issue. The first one went through OK - but then the dreaded green circle. Opted out and went back to old version of logging page which works fine. Edited August 23, 2017 by tobesought Quote Link to comment
+barefootjeff
I'm intermittently getting the same thing - the never-ending spinning circle - when trying to log a find. I'm using Firefox 55.0.2 on Windows 7. Some attempts work, some don't. Quote Link to comment
jetlagmech
same problem. several days ago (just thought it was the low quality internet at the RV park) but again last night at home. So the fix you reported was pushed out to fix didn't for me. forever loading the log cache page. but last night I saw the "use old format" button and that worked for me. laptop windows 10 explorer is what I have. +LECRAM37
Same issue here. It seems only happens in IE. Logging a cache via Google Chrome works well. Please investigate. Edited August 23, 2017 by LECRAM37 Quote Link to comment
+hzoi
I sometimes have to reload the "new logging experience" page on my Blackberry, using the default BlackBerry Browser. (It doesn't list a version number; my BB OS is 10.3.2.556.) Quote Link to comment
+Kennethbe62
I can only log my finds using Firefox. I can not send caches to my GPS unless I am using IE. So two internet browsers to be able to use this site... really? Quote Link to comment

+Mazz67
Can't log any TBs/GCs ... but caches are OK. Anyone who's encountering the same issue?? Quote Link to comment
+MetsFanInNJ
I see the same problem with iOS both on an iPhone and an iPad. On the iPad, use both Safari and Chrome without being able to log more than one. There are some good features with the new logging (One touch needs maintenance is great) but if I had to close the browser after every cache log....Groundspeak seems to be suffering from the new shiny object syndrome than effects most web developers. No reason to change just to change! Edited September 8, 2017 by MetsFanInNJ Quote Link to comment
+DrMushroom
I have been experiencing this problem for some time including today. Geocaching-- please fix this bug Quote Link to comment
+JustFindingOurWay
Didn't have any issue earlier this week but just got home from chasing some newly published caches. Tried to log them in the field without success and can't log them from home on the website using the old (preferred) OR new (marginal) page. Just get a message that says they're locked. Nothing in the logs other than the original published log. Quote Link to comment

Nothing in the logs other than the original published log. That sounds like a problem with the specific cache, not necessarily a website bug/issue. Can you provide the GC number of one of the caches that's giving you the 'locked' message? Quote Link to comment
+on4bam
Probably it's an (old) virtual that's locked/archived because of fake logs being posted. Quote Link to comment

+jellis
Basically many of the new features gives you the green circle. I have to keep opting out. So why not keep the old? I've already posted other issues with them that I haven't seen changed. Like logging a find is missing Adding corrected coordinates if someone has their coords too far off. And the new Lists is missing the Watchlist. If these new features become permanent then we can't opt back to the features we wanted. Quote Link to comment

The reviewer was able to solve the issue. Quote Link to comment
