+hunterKat
I have come across page headers today (and last week, for a few days) that are not presenting properly. On cache pages, the cache title and Placed Date are missing (probably some other things). The same type of header problem is showing on my account page (when I click the link to my profile from the top right of the page. I'm running OS X 10.9.4 with Safari 7.0.5. I've only seen this issue since GS started having server issues last week. It seemed to be corrected late last week, and was working properly earlier today. This just reappeared about 7pm EDT today. I've tried to upload a screen shot (.png, 1.1MB), but that is failing. Quote Link to comment
+hunterKat
I was able to get a screen shot attached. Cache name and number are missing. It almost looks like spacing on the title row is off, cause wrapping that covers up the name/number info. Quote Link to comment
Moun10Bike
Does that clear up for you if you clear the browser cache? Quote Link to comment
+hunterKat
How do I do that? Quote Link to comment
+HikerDean
I'm having the same problem as HunterKat. How do I clear the browser so that the page will present the cache properly? I"m using firefox in an I mac. Edited August 22, 2017 by HikerDean Quote Link to comment
Moun10Bike
I'm not a Safari or Mac user, but I found some instructions here: http://osxdaily.com/2016/01/17/empty-cache-safari-mac-os-x/. HikerDean, for Firefox you need to old down the ⇧ Shift and click the Reload button. Or, hold down ⌘ Cmd and ⇧ Shift and then press R. Quote Link to comment
Moun10Bike
If that doesn't work, are either of you running any add-on scripts or extensions? Quote Link to comment
+hunterKat
I'm running Evernote Web Clipper and DuckDuckGo extensions, but have been long before this issue popped up. Clearing the caches didn't help me. Quote Link to comment
Moun10Bike
Safari 7.0 is a fairly old version. Are you able to update? Quote Link to comment
+hunterKat
Not without upgrading the OS. I'll see if closing & reopening Safari will help, but have work to do before I can do that. May take a couple days. Quote Link to comment
+thebruce0
Ctrl-F5 always works in Firefox to force a refresh of everything, as well as in Chrome and IE. Here are some other tips. Quote Link to comment

I use Cmd-Shift-R fairly often on my mac when I'm developing a site that has changes in Javascript and viewing a page in Chrome. It works well. Quote Link to comment
