Ignore and Watch Lists

I know there is a big push to streamline the use of Lists. I would like to easily add a cache to either a Watch List or Ignore List from the App without having to open the website.

Not so much the ignore , but I don’t know why  “watch” wasn’t added as a native button to be newly updated app... I hope they roll this out soon . I use it every time I go caching.
