No points in Mary Hyde

We haven't received any points on our Mary Hyde/Friends League page for any of our activity. I'm feeling like I'm missing something obvious, but I've scoured the different event explanation pages and can't find a thing.  One section said we didn't actually have to join a team or attend an event to play. The Kid is getting pretty sad. 

Any input is appreciated.

The weekly counter resets every Monday morning at 5 AM Pacific time.  If you haven't gotten any finds so far today, then your total for this new week should be zero.

 

If you click on the down arrow to the right of "Week of 8/7/2017," it should bring up a drop-down menu of previous weeks.  If it still shows you with no activity, consider contacting the Help Center for assistance.

I had exactly the same issue with my cashes from week 1. My girlfriend got Points, but for me they did not Count.

I have opened a Support case and got the Souvenir afterwards.
