+Team_Stevenson
I keep seeing people writing things like {1.5/1.5m,h} and {ftf}. What's with the brackets? Quote Link to comment
+Team Microdot
It's probably because they use a tool called GSAK or a website called Project Geocaching to track some of their performance metrics - such as the number of geoacaches they were First To Find (FTF) on. The tools pick up certain text flags which are enclosed in curly brackets. Quote Link to comment
+TriciaG
I THINK it's something to do with GSAK or ProjectGC. The utility can scan one's posts and pull out those phrases in brackets, counting one's FTFs or other stats. Ah, yes - I think I'm right. See here: Quote Link to comment
+frinklabs
Also contained within the braces are the cache's D and T at the time it was found. The need to include that would be redundant with implementation of this feature: [FEATURE] Include D/T rating in Found It log Quote Link to comment
