+newfane1
I recently moved about forty mile away. If I enter my new home coords, will that change my distance stats from past caching ? Quote Link to comment
+hzoi
If you want to have statistics that reflect multiple home locations, you need to use a third party site or program. Once you change your home location, your statistics on geocaching.com will be as though that was your only home location -- so, for example, if you moved 600 miles away, you will suddenly have many more finds that are over 500 miles from home than you did before. GSAK's FindStatGen macro allows one to save multiple home locations and the dates they were effective. We've moved six times over the past ten years of geocaching but have used this function to correctly track our stats throughout. I can't recall off the top of my head if there are other sites or macros that can reflect multiple home locations as well; if any others exist, hopefully someone else can share. Quote Link to comment
