+gailmaund
Hi, Just used my GPS for first time and was wondering if there's a way to load you found caches to the website? I thought I would plug the GPS into the PC and it would update (somehow) however I cannot fathom how. I've looked at the GPS instructions however it doesn't really give much info on geocaching. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Quote Link to comment
+Red90
Go here:: https://www.geocaching.com/account/drafts The file you want to upload is called geocache_visits.txt on the GPS. Edited June 29, 2017 by Red90 Quote Link to comment
+noncentric
Note that uploading (as noted in Red90's post above) will create Draft logs. You'll still need to submit each of those Drafts to create a posted log. The Drafts page currently exists in two versions. new (grey background) - click on each entry, compose your log text, click Post button. old (white background) - click on Compose Log link, compose your log text, click Post button. If you are on the new Drafts page, then you get to the old page by clicking on 'Opt Out' towards the upper right of the page. If you are on the old Drafts page, then you get to the new page by clicking on 'Go to the new page' in the blue banner towards the top of the page. Quote Link to comment
