Hi, Thunderbelly here, I was wondering if you were allowed to pow-wow, aka place a munzee and a geocache in the same place/container, aslong as both follow boths games rules, I would assume yet but better safe than sorry.

You can't promote or mention the parking lot sticker defacement game on a cache page.

The QR code based geolocation game you mention is considered a competitor to Geocaching in general and Groundspeak specifically. Although, I would assume the Lackey's would give all due consideration, if the principals of the other site wanted to buy advertising space to help support this website, they, and others should not expect that space to be free on a Listing page however.

 

In other words, it's considered a violation of the Commercial portion of the Guidelines to mention commercial websites on Listing pages.

I have a QR code cache from another listing service attached to a traditional geocache listed here, but no mention is made about the QR code and it is a stand alone cache on the other site. Also I have found several LPC's that have Munzees on the post, but that game was never popular here and I hope the fad has moved on.

I see no reason why you can't, just make sure you don't place the sticker on someone else's cache unless you ask them first. In the last 6 months or so I've had to remove 4 of those stickers off my cache containers.
