+JDogMonkey
I'm working on a puzzle cache thats a find-a-word and I can't get it to sit right. Is there some html I can use to straighten it? Or any other suggestions? Quote Link to comment
+Touchstone
I would probably opt to just download a jpg image of a table like that rather than try messing with the html to straighten things out. Soon as you have an update on the site, it will likely get all misaligned again. Just my 0.02. Quote Link to comment
+niraD
I would try specifying a fixed-width font, and entering each line as: <letter><space><letter><space><letter>...<shift-return> <letter><space><letter><space><letter>...<shift-return> <letter><space><letter><space><letter>...<shift-return> If that doesn't work, then I'd put the word search in an image, and simply display the image. I'd try it out to make sure my advice works, but the "create a listing" interface is being extremely slow and sluggish for me now, and I can't edit the description of my previous "scratchpad" listing, presumably because it was "archived as part of site maintenance and database clean-up." +JDogMonkey
Thanks decided to go with the add image option rather then messing around with html. this cache is taking way to long to put togehter without adding html to the mix. Quote Link to comment
+fbingha
Try using <pre></pre> around your data, assuming you are using spaces to set spacing. "Text in a <pre> element is displayed in a fixed-width font (usually Courier), and it preserves both spaces and line breaks." Quote Link to comment
