Need suggestions Geocache expert for event - WA, Eastside

Looking for someone who has worked as an independent contractor for creating geocache events for 300-700 ppl. in Snoqualmie Region, WA.

I'd suggest contacting the WSGA (Washington State Geocaching Association). WSGA contacts. They can probably point you in a good direction. I'm not sure the cachers that run the big events around here (Puget Sound) are in the forums often and so they may not see your post.

 

You might also try the local Facebook group - Cachers of Puget Sound.

Wasn't it something like the Cool Cow Cachers who did the mega-event in that same area a few years ago?

If you're thinking of Geowoodstock VIII in 2010, it was COWWS (Cachers of Washington's Wet Side, I believe) that put that on.

I'd be glad to chat with you - email sent. I created and directed the Going APE mega-event for five years up at Snoqualmie Pass (2010-2014). It drew 500-1500 geocachers from around the globe (depending on year). I've also managed several other geocaching projects, e.g., Washington State Parks GeoTour (10,000+ participants over three years!), Visit Rainier Centennial GeoTour, Kokanee Quest, Cascade Farmlands GeoRomp. I'm an independent contractor and my DBA is Caching Tours.
