+Barnowl22 Posted April 13, 2017 Share Posted April 13, 2017 I use the Geocaching App on my iPhone, I am a premium member and I am able to log onto the website using appropriate credentials. But when I log on to the app it says I am logged in as Null. And when I try to do search it says "Connection Problem Uh-oh there was a problem connectiong to the geocache server please try again". I am on my home network, I definitely have internet access as I am able to use the Geocache website. I checked in App store to see if it was waiting for me to apply an update but it isn't in the list. Quote Link to comment
Moun10Bike Posted April 13, 2017 Share Posted April 13, 2017 I assume that you are using the old, retired app. It is no longer functional as we have turned off the old version of the API that it depended on.
