+justintim1999
Any one out there have any experience with using a gps to mark property boundary's? The 62 acre property was surveyed by the town prior to purchased but markers were never installed. Looking for any tips, tricks or tools that would help me map out the boundary lines using my Garmin Oregon 450. Thanks Link to comment
Nmw
Do you have coordinates (lat long) of each of the corners? If so you could add those as waypoints to your gpsr and then do some waypoint averaging at each point to refine the right spot and then peg it out yourself as a best estimate by you gpsr.. Nmw
Your are probably better advised to post the query at http://forums.gpsreview.net as I have seen questions like this posted there previously. There was a recent similar discussion on this site... http://forums.Groundspeak.com/GC/index.php?showtopic=343307&pid=5644944&st=0entry5644944 Edited April 2, 2017 by Nmw Link to comment

Do you know exactly where any of your corner markers should be? That is very important. One is good. Two (or more) is better. Link to comment
+Team CowboyPapa
I see people doing that in my neighborhood occasionally. They use Trimbles. Link to comment
robertlipe
Closing because it's not geocaching and overlapts another active thread. TL;DR: Don't. Link to comment
