+mvroyal12
It's found in this geocache, among others: GC46EKG Quote Link to comment
+Cache O'Plenty
In my area, PUB stands for "Public Utility Box". It's usually the box that holds the electric meter. Quote Link to comment
+The A-Team
It's found in this geocache, among others: GC46EKG I can't figure out what either "PUB" stands for or what "Booger" means in the context of that cache. On a side note, I'd be willing to bet that adequate permission doesn't exist for that cache, based on the hiding spot implied by the photos and some of the logs. Electrical equipment is never a good spot for a cache for oh so many reasons. Quote Link to comment

My guess is either "Public Utility Box" or "P???? Under Bush". I have no idea what "Booger" might mean in this context. Has anyone asked the CO? Quote Link to comment

+niraD
According to GC45W6M: "Some call them Boogers and some call them PUB(Public Utility boxes)" I still don't understand why they would be called "Boogers" though. Quote Link to comment
+niraD
We've discussed the term "booger cache" before: http://forums.Groundspeak.com/GC/index.php?showtopic=260810 I also found references to "booger wire" being the neutral wire, which doesn't make sense to me because the green wire is ground, not neutral.
