Ignore List Ignored

This sounds more like a bug in the app than a bug in the website to me, so please implement the Ignore List in the new app.

Minor detail perhaps, but I was offered the chance to see the new bookmarks page, or the lists page, whatever it's called. Very nice in general! Down at the bottom is the "My Ignore List", which used to be thrown in with your other bookmark lists, but now has it's own special place down at the bottom. All fine and good so far. The description line below the Ignore List title reads: "Geocaches on this list won't be displayed anywhere on the website or app." This is incorrect - the current main geocaching app does not have ignore list functionality yet - all my ignored caches show up in it. Perhaps the wording here should be changed until the app catches up with the times? (hint hint - please update the app to fix this!!!)

What with the classic app being terminated, I thought I'd checked out the new app again...I deleted it months ago because it used up too much data and seemed clunky AND it ignored the ignore list...can't believe it STILL ignores my ignore list!...anyone use an app that is light on data and respects the ignore list?

Caches on your ignore list are now filtered out from search results. If you want to open a cache you've ignored, you can still find it with a search by GC code.

Just verifying. Is it possible to add caches to my ignore list when using the android app?

You can add any cache to a list created by you (even a Ignore List), but the regular Ignore option, only in the homepage.

Nope. The app does not facilitate adding a cache to either the Watchlist or Ignore List. You could select "Open in browser" from the bottom of the cache detail screen in the app, and then select Ignore from the webpage of that cache.
