+hzoi Posted January 31, 2017 Share Posted January 31, 2017 Two separate issues. First issue: as a cache owner, you should be getting emails every time your cache is logged. Similarly, you should be getting emails every time your trackable is logged (except for visits, which don't generate an email). You should check to make sure your correct email is selected here in your email preferences and that your email has been validated. Second issue: premium member instant notifications for all caches that aren't yours are managed separately; check your settings here, make sure that the correct email is set up for each and that the green box on the main page is checked. If all those are good, check your spam filter and spam/junk settings on your email. Quote Link to comment
