It reads "No account exists for that username." Do I have to upgrade my free account to a paid account in order to use the Android app? Has anyone else had this problem? Thanks for your help in advance. The Official App works without a paid membership. But could it be having trouble with the "<" symbol in your username? I tried to test my symbol theory just now, and the site insists it's an "invalid character". I can't even get that "<" symbol to be accepted for my test! [EDIT]: Your actual username is not "matt<3stacey", it's "mattlovesstacey". Try logging into the App using "mattlovesstacey". If that doesn't work, it would be good to contact the Help Center.
