1.10. Waymarking Support

 

Thank you for your interest in Waymarking. In order to support the rapid community growth of Geocaching.com in the past couple of years, it has been necessary to shift previously dedicated resources from Waymarking to Geocaching. Unfortunately, at this time we are only able to provide limited technical support. Please try posting your question in the Waymarking forums. These forums are monitored and can usually provide you with the best support.

We at Waymarking are experiencing technical problems one for over a month. There are three posts addressing these problems;

 

1. Statistics not updating - started: Posted 02 December 2016 - 10:34 AM

a. Waymarks Posted Per Month - Started weeks earlier

b. Cumulative Posts Per Month - Started weeks earlier

 

2. empty lines in multi-line input fields - started: Posted 21 October 2016 - 02:50 AM

 

We were given this assurance on;

This should address the three current problems in one post, in hopes that this will get someone's attention at Groundspeak and at least an update is requested.

BTW: BK-Hunters renew their Premium Membership because of Waymarking not for Geocaching.

Yes, these are the three most urgent bugs.

 

And my premium membership is for Waymarking too, of course. Who would pay for seven years without a single geocache find?

The email problem seems to be fixed.

 

However there are still pending problems that need attention.

 

1. Statistics not updating

a. Waymarks Posted Per Month not updating

b. Cumulative Posts Per Month not updating

 

2. empty lines in multi-line input fields

 

An update would be appreciated.
