+T0SHEA
Our statistics are not updating, "Post statistics last generated a day ago." Also since we are at it these are still busted. Waymarks Posted Per Month Cumulative Posts Per Month Quote Link to comment
+jiggs11
0530 here in eastern Canada. Stats still busted - have been for at least a couple days now... any movement from the Tech side yet? Quote Link to comment
+Grahame Cookie
QUITE BUSTED! I can only get outdated Visited Stats, and can't even get outdated Posted stats at all - it goes straight to the outdated Visited ones! Put it this way, it 'says' that it is displaying "Posted", but they are actually "Visited". Quote Link to comment
+T0SHEA
Any update on when the statistics will be fixed? Quote Link to comment
+twopsnapod
On December 5th I edited the date on one of my finds. I changed it from December 5 th to December 4 th. This was was not shown on my statistics page. Any updates on when the statistics page will be updated? Thanks Quote Link to comment
+elyob
The date (tracked in stats) for your waymark visit is usually the date that you were on-line to log the visit, not the actual date that you put in your log. Quote Link to comment
+PeterNoG
QUITE BUSTED! I can only get outdated Visited Stats, and can't even get outdated Posted stats at all - it goes straight to the outdated Visited ones! Put it this way, it 'says' that it is displaying "Posted", but they are actually "Visited". I have the opposite problem. I get Posted Stats (I don't know if they are up to date or not) when I want Posted Stats and also when I want Visited Stats. Interestingly, when I looked at Grahame Cookie's Stats, I got outdated Posted Stats (1013) for both Posted and Visited. It is REALLY BUSTED!! Quote Link to comment
+jiggs11
As per usual, Groundspeak is all over this problem (tongue firmly planted in cheek). Wonder if this is tied in with all the supposed "improvements" on the geocaching side of the house? Quote Link to comment
+The Snowdog
Not updating? My statistics now tell me that I have visited zero waymarks. When will THAT get fixed? Quote Link to comment
+T0SHEA
Seems this is still a problem. When will this be fixed? Quote Link to comment
+fi67
The weird thing is, that the numbers were updated once. It stopped some days ago, but now I have yesterday's numbers and it is still broken. Quote Link to comment

Of course the Posted Per Month and Cumulative Posts Per Month are still broken as well. Sure would appreciate an update from Groundspeak. Hope "they" are watching this forum thread. +Manville Possum
Yes, the site is having quite a few issues today. I have been having some crazy problems with updating a profile. I log in on my account, attempt to access my profile and it logs me out on chrome, on firefox it transfers me to my son's account information! Yes, I have logged out both accounts, didn't help. Someone please tell me I'm not the only one having this issue. Edited December 18, 2016 by Manville Possum Quote Link to comment
+T0SHEA
Our Profile Page where the stats show is not updating for us and the calendar in not updating either, which would make sense. Our User Profile page seems to be okay. The stat box in the upper right side is updating with current totals for approved waymarks. If you are referring to the "edit profile" this is also working for us. Not sure if the grid or list is updating, most likely it is not. BTW: Got a chuckle out of your "First Day of Christmas" Quote Link to comment
+Manville Possum
Crazy as it sounds, but when I access my profile and go to edit profile details, it takes me to MoonPie Mafia's account information page. This is on firefox. On Chrome, it just logs me out. Ain't got a clue. Quote Link to comment

We are talking about from our Waymarking profile aren't we? I'm on a page that shows my stats, edit account details under my user name...... kicks back to a broken log in page. We're using Chrome version 54.0.2840.99 m. If yours is different maybe you need an update. Can't think of anything else to try right now. Edited December 18, 2016 by BK-Hunters Quote Link to comment

An update with a new bug. Can you roll back and try the things that gave trouble again? Quote Link to comment
MoonPie Mafia
Both accounts signed out on firefox, signed in under MP account, goes to MPM account information when attempting to edit. Something is not right. Quote Link to comment

We both use a different browser, but same PC. Quote Link to comment

bootron
Our statistics are not updating, "Post statistics last generated a day ago." Also since we are at it these are still busted. Waymarks Posted Per Month Cumulative Posts Per Month FYI - we had to swap out our Waymarking cache servers for statistics a couple weeks ago and as you can tell a few bugs were introduced as a result. We are looking into this and will likely have a fix by tomorrow. We've already restored the charts for the per month visits and posts, but there's a few more additional things to do to get it back up and running correctly. Thanks, bootron Quote Link to comment

+MountainWoods
Thanks. Can you please also fix the aggravating extra newline in multiline fields? (That cannot have been introduced by swapping a server, I'm sure.) Quote Link to comment

+elyob
On the 'statistics' page, there used to be a sentence stating when stats were last updated. Was that sentence intentionally removed? Quote Link to comment

+elyob
I will now describe a much older statistics issue that is still unresolved. When viewing the 'waymarks' (from the drop-down menu on the top of the welcome page) and moving from past-30-days-most-visited to past-365-days-most visited (or from latter to former), an error message box appears. An Error Has Occurred... After creating this error, my access to that waymarks page can be disrupted for hours. Quote Link to comment
