+Team DEMP Posted November 21, 2016 Share Posted November 21, 2016 I added an item to the cart and proceeded with checkout and got past the billing step without issue. You said "Billing" which is the first step in checkout. If that is the step, maybe try a different browser or an incognito window in your current browser and try again. You might want to copy/paste into the thread the error message coming back to your browser as long as it doesn't have any personal information. Quote Link to comment

I must have been right in the middle of that which caused the problem. I did try a different browser before I posted the message, and got the same errors. Thanks again. Quote Link to comment
