+colleda
So wondering how and where to find out how to decode the hints? You haven't mentioned where you are reading the hint. Device, GPS, phone, computer? More info required. You can read it on the cache page by clicking "decrypt". As for phones I've no idea. I load caches to my Garmin GPS from GSAK and hints are decrypted automatically. Quote Link to comment
+colleda
So wondering how and where to find out how to decode the hints? I've just had a look at my Windows phone (Geocaching Plus app) and there is a question mark icon which when clicked gives the already decoded hint. Can't answer for iphone or android. ohgood
So wondering how and where to find out how to decode the hints? The good phone apps will decrypt the hint by touching it twice. (The hint) Quote Link to comment
+Team DEMP
The GC.com iPhone app auto decrypts the hint. On the website, see the below screenshot and click the Decrypt link. If you print out a cache page with a hint and want to decode while not at a computer, use the key to the right of the hint. Edited November 2, 2016 by Team DEMP Quote Link to comment

+niraD
The good phone apps will decrypt the hint by touching it twice. (The hint)In CacheSense, touching the hint (once) toggles it back and forth between encrypted and decrypted. But yeah, most apps make it easy to read the decrypted hint. Quote Link to comment
+Wet Pancake Touring Club
Or, you can always decrypt it manually. It is a standard ROT13 code, and the encryption/decryption table is right next to the hint. Quote Link to comment

So, you're using Android to view caches. Are you looking at cache pages through a web browser on your device(s) or are you using an app to view caches? If you are using an app, then which app?
