+Troopbiz
I'm coding a Wherigo using Urwigo and I want to make the same item show 3 different things depending on what zone you are in. For example, if you are in the "cemetery" zone then it would show the words "You have arrived at the cemetery." If the player is not in the cemetery zone it would say "move to the cemetery." It seems to be a simple IF/ELSE statement to code, and it works fine in the emulator, however, it doesn't seem to work whenever I take it into the field. I am playing on an Iphone 6s using the Groundspeak Wherigo app. I have attached a picture of one of the code statements I'm having trouble with that demonstrates this problem. Thank you in advance for the solution to this problem or an alternative! Edited October 23, 2016 by Troopbiz Quote Link to comment
+charlenni
Be careful: the iPhone player doesn't update changed descriptions automatically. You have to leave and reenter the description to see any changes. Quote Link to comment

+charlenni
Your code shows nothing about what you say. What do you mean with "say"? Say in the name? In the description? In a dialog? In one of the inputs? Quote Link to comment
+day1976
I have encountered this problem too. I worked around it by using the compare distance to a zone "value" to work out if the player was in or near the intended zone. Takes a bit of tweaking but it works. Quote Link to comment
