It first tried to open in Microsoft Word and then it got stuck on trying to open in Internet Explorer. I have no idea how to fix this and get it to open in the correct format. Any help will be appreciated! It sounds like the .GSK file extension has gotten associated with something other than GSAK. Run GSAK with administrator privileges (right-click on your GSAK icon and select "Run as administrator"), then go to Tools > File Association... and click "Associate" to reset the file associations. There are other ways to fix the file association, but the method will vary depending on which version of Windows you're running, so doing it through GSAK is probably the easiest way.
