First, before we start talking about what to do, let's mention what not to do: don't post the tracking number online, either in the forum, or in a log or in a photo. Most problems in logging trackables come about because of confusion in reading the numbers, for instance I can look like 1, 0 and O and even Q can look alike, B and 8, Z and 2, S and 5, maybe others too. Try different combinations of these characters. Does the tag look brand new, or like it has been around for a while? Quote Link to comment
