ctunkta068 Posted September 26, 2016 Posted September 26, 2016 Hi, sorry if this has been covered before, but being computer illiterate I am having major snags with downloading/using Wherigo on my phone and laptop. My computer expertise is at the "turn on, turn off, write e-mail" level. I have a laptop running Vista basic and my wife has a laptop running Windows 7. Her phone is a Samsung Galaxy Ace. We have tried downloading the cartridge 'Harry's son' in Edinburgh to the laptop running Vista and every time we are directed to a PC Cleanup and PC Antivirus site,(which we purchased and ran). We have also managed to download the cartridge to the phone but now we are completely stuck. I have read some of the other answers on this forum and tried to follow the instructions but I'm afraid they have all been way above my head. Could someone please help with basic 'push key A, type in web site BCD.com' type instructions. Sorry to be such a numpty.... Quote

You might want to try MalWareBytes or some other commercially recognized anti-malware program and scan your PC ASAP. Quote
