API Errors after Token Generation

Yesterday I generated a new Groundspeak token and was able to download some PQs since in GSAK. Today I am getting errors (Message #184) saying my token is invalid. I have gotten new tokens several times in a row and still get this error after each new token was issued when I try to use them.

Similar sorts of issues here.

GSAK notified that access token would expire 5 days.

Went ahead and asked for new token. Unsuccessful. gc.com script was failing.

Within GSAK, go to "Geocaching.com access" and select "Get another access token (method 2)" and you should be good to go.

Not sure why the 'primary' method is failing.

And after that, had to get ANOTHER token today using "method 2". Yesterday's had expired already. Script error (using Firefox 48) is identified as coming from:

I have been using GSAK since at least 2010, never with any problems.  Now this exact situation described abouve is occurring.  When I try to get my token I get Message #184 "The Groundspeak api has returned the error "unauthorized".  The most common cause of this error is an expired or corrupt token.  Would you like to try and fetch another token now?"  It will not allow me to do this.  When I use method #2 I get the HTTP 404 Not Found error described above.  I checked my permissions and GSAK has permission to access my geocaching account.  Any ideas?  I realize this thread is six years old, but am wondering how to resolve this.  Thanks for any help.
