How to delete a log?

Hi,

I found my first cache today and pressed 'log mystery'. The screen told me to enter my coordinates and press 'send'. I immediately got a reply saying congratulations :-)

I now discover that this message is listed under 'activity'!! How do I delete the coordinates/the message?

Go to the cache page, scroll down to your own log, hit "View / Edit Log / Images" and then choose the bin. Problem solved.

By "bin", they mean the red trash-can icon. Then we'd encourage you to write a new log - without the coordinates - to replace it. OR, instead of deleting, click the pencil icon (edit), and you can reword the existing word to not include the coordinates.

EDIT: All this assumes you're using the website. No idea what to do if you're using the house-brand intro app. Good luck.

We all make mistakes. It might be a good idea to write to the cache owner to explain/apologize. They would have seen the original post, but might not notice the correction.
