GeoLowey
Hi. I wondered if there is a way of identifying caches that contain a trackable / bug / coin? I'd like to find one but I cant seem to work out from all the guides whether this is just a case of luck when you stumble across one, or if there is a way of searching for or seeing which caches have a trackable in them, so that you can plan to go out and try to find them? Thanks, GeoLowey Quote Link to comment
+Lt.Ranger.Bob
The problem you will run into is that even if a report shows trackables in a cache it may not physically have any in it. Having said that if you use GSAK you can add the Trackable column to your database so that when you load a pocket query into it you could create a filter so that it only showed caches that had trackables in them. Pup Patrol
Hi. I wondered if there is a way of identifying caches that contain a trackable / bug / coin? Thanks, GeoLowey When you do a search and have a list of caches, look at the column titled "info". If there are trackables logged into that cache or event, it will display the icons for any travel bugs and/or coins that are in the trackable inventory, as well as the icon for a PMO cache. But...don't count on that being true. It's common for folks to not log trackables correctly or for trackables to just plain go missing, so the cache's inventory may not be up-to-date or accurate. B. +cerberus1
There are so many with logging errors these days, that even though there are ways to view caches that might have 'em, "just a case of luck" is what it really comes down to. Quote Link to comment
