+heartradio
I am having problems with any emails from Groundspeak (notification emails and emails for logs on my caches), as they are arriving, but they are delayed by several hours, sometimes even days. None are going in my spam folder and I have added GS to my contacts so my email provider doesn't think they are spamming me! I had this problem a couple of years ago, but it rectified itself after a day or two - this has now been going on for nearly a week and I'm not sure what to do about it - I don't know if it's a problem with my email provider (BT) or if it's something going on at Groundspeak's end. I am also aware of another cacher having the same problem as me. heartradio Quote Link to comment

This will give you an idea where the problem is. Thanks for that - makes it a bit clearer for me. Does that mean the problem is with BT rather than Groundspeak? If so, what should I do about it? Quote Link to comment

If so, what should I do about it? There could have been a glitch at GS so mails sat on their server for a few hours, it could be that the mailserver at your end had a glitch/temporary refused or... the email. I guess you don't have access to mailserver logs unless your address is on your own domain and not an ISP? Keep an eye on other emails and check the headers, remember to adjust for time zones (-07:00 Seattle, +01:00 your end) Times are "local server time" making 12:00 -07:00 >> 19:00 UTC/GMT.
