+RedhedMary
We are transiting through Incheon Airport in August on our way to Tokyo. (4 hour layover each way) I've noticed on the geocaching map that there are several geocaches located right outside the airport terminal. I would love to be able to add South Korea to my countries list and wondered if anyone in transit has gone for any of those caches? If so, what was involved and how much time should I allow for getting through security/immigration/etc.? Thanks for your help! Quote Link to comment
+New Yorker
Hi, You'll have to process through immigration both ways. Depending on the terminal you land in it may take between 1 1/2 to two hours round trip, not counting searching for the caches. Maybe the cache owner or a local cacher can chime into this, things may have changed since I no longer live in Korea. Good luck and happy caching. Quote Link to comment
+eastnortheast
In addition to the note above, there is a free shuttle bus which takes people to the hotels and office buildings in the immediate area. Outside of gate 12(?) of the departure area is the pick up for the shuttle. There are three caches in the park that the shuttle will pass near to. Quote Link to comment
