Add an "anchor" in a trackable listing

I hope, that you can help me.

 

Today I wanted to write a listing for my first trackable.

In the listing I wanted to add an anchor, so I can set a hyperlink to the English description.

In the editor there is the option under link-type "Anchor in this site" (German: "Anker in dieser Seite").

But how do I create an anchor? I tried all the typical html-commands, but once I leave the html-editor, the anchor isn't there anymore.

There's supposed to be a little "anchor" icon in an editor like this. I guess it's been shut off. The feature to link to an anchor is there, but not to create one. And I also see that the site automatically removes the <A> anchor tag. Looks like it's unavailable.
