"Your connection is not secure" when accessing support.Groundspeak.com

I had that problem recently. You need to import your antivirus program's certificate into FF. I use Kaspersky, and it attaches its own certificate to websites before sending them on to the browser. If your browser doesn't recognize the AV certificate, it rejects the page as a security risk.

Like I've reported for the forums, the site has mixed content which means not all references included on a HTTPS page are HTTPS. On https://support.Groundspeak.com they have a reference to the image as http: . See http://forums.Groundspeak.com/GC/index.php?showtopic=342692 for a thread which has yet to have anyone official chime in on.

What was the specific page you tried loading? I don't get the alert you do but instead don't show the secure lock in the URL bar. It could be the specific page(s) you were accessing. The SSL certificate does seem to be valid though.
