Looking for cache trail "HMLT-History Makes Left Turn"

Hi, I hope someone out there can help me. I was given the cache trail "HMLT - History Makes Left Turn" as a great trail in Ohio with a possible geocoin upon completion. Unfortunately, that is all the information I have. Can anyone give me further details or even a gc code so I can find it? Thanks for any help!

2. Hit the button Add Filter

3. Type in (Geocache name contains): HMLT

4. Hit Search
