Adding Needs Maintenance under logging in the app

I'm getting tired of having to log into the site through a browser just to add another "Needs Maintenance" to a log. Can this be added to the Log type in the app? I logged 6 Needs Maintenance today, I'm assuming because others assume that owners watch the logs and the months of DNF's pile up.

some of the unofficial apps allow for all the logging options. it's pretty convenient.

Just wondering if there's any word from HQ on this?

 

Found caches on Saturday that N'dM, had my thinking cap on for the first one and logged the NM via Classic however I now have the suspicion there was another one that didn't get the log because I couldn't through Geocaching app.
