It is very well-crafted and it's a great foul-weather cache. Make sure to put it at the top of your list if you're planning to be in the Scranton area. The instant feedback is great, too! I have to recommend Rich's Archbald Pothole and Valley View as outstanding additions to any list of Pennsylvania caches.
