I looked in people's profiles who have done geocaching in Romania but was not able to see a souvenir. Neigbours Hungary and Bulgaria do have beautiful logos. Thanks for any answer... Quote

No, Romania does not yet have a souvenir. The next time GS releases a batch of souvenirs Romania will likely be included. The basic criteria (though there have been some exceptions) is based on the number of cache in a country and there are very few countries which have more caches than Romania that do not already have a souvenir. Although not official, the A-Team has created a definitive list of all souvenirs that have been released here: Geocaching Souvenirs Quote
