+Cryptosporidium-623 Posted February 24, 2016 Posted February 24, 2016 Hi All, In case you weren't aware, and are planning on visiting Denver in the near future (for GeoWoodstock or otherwise) the Denver Public Library has created a system-wide GeoTrail across all 26 of its branches. Many of the geocaches in this series are creative and each contains a special code that can be collected and used to redeem a special limited-edition geocoin upon completion of the series. The last time I checked (about a month ago), DPL had well over 100 geocoins left to hand out, so if you're interested come on down! More information about the series, a copy of the DPL "passport" used to collect the codes, and images of the geocoin can be found here: https://www.denverlibrary.org/blog/stacey/dpl-geocaching Quote
Rock Chalk Posted February 24, 2016 Posted February 24, 2016 Thanks for this suggestion. I'll add it to the list. I found a few from that series when visiting my sister's family last year. (Including one of yours at Montbello, if I recall correctly!) Quote

If you decide to go after any more of the series and would like a lifeline, let us know. We're happy to help! That goes for everyone else as well! Quote
+tallglenn Posted February 24, 2016 Posted February 24, 2016 Thanx for the info. Decided to register for GW 14er. Happy caching! Quote
+Sherminator18 Posted February 24, 2016 Posted February 24, 2016 Awesome! I didn't know about this. I'm hoping to head to Denver for GW14er so maybe I'll try and do this one. How far away from Denver do the caches get? Quote

How far away from Denver do the caches get? All the caches are in Denver proper. I live in the middle of the series and the furthest one is about 20 minutes away. Quote

That's an old version, and I'm having trouble deleting it. The current version is here. Quote
