+KBer Posted October 29, 2003 Posted October 29, 2003 Skully et al. hit 500 caches on Saturday this past Saturday. What a neat milestone for a fine Northern New Jersey geo-caching family. I always enjoy reading their log entries, their enthusiasm for geo-caching and each other is infectious. Congratulations !! Quote

+mr.magoo Posted October 30, 2003 Posted October 30, 2003 nicely done! I envy your commute as it seems flexible enough to grab many caches between home and work . Always enjoy the logs. +The BeeGees Posted October 30, 2003 Posted October 30, 2003 WOW, what a milestone ! Congrats to Helmut et al Also a big thanks for all that you've contributed to the game. Your logs are always interesting and helpful. I understand the caches you've placed are pretty impressive too. I'm embarassed to say that I have yet to visit any. I hope that I can get my three girls as interested in caching as your 3 seem to be. Quote

+Harrald Posted October 31, 2003 Posted October 31, 2003 Fantastic milestone!! By my count, half of those caches were found during lunch in work clothes. _________________________________________________________________________ Nobody can be so amusingly arrogant as a young man who has just discovered an old idea and thinks it is his own. +The Leprechauns Posted November 2, 2003 Posted November 2, 2003 Most excellent... we both broke 500 on the same weekend! I am in fine company. etoast66 Posted November 4, 2003 Posted November 4, 2003 A most excellent achievement. Congratulations. Quote
+Skully & Mulder et al. Posted November 26, 2003 Posted November 26, 2003 Thanks everyone for the congrats. A great thing about caching is that it is still a challenge - there are no guaranteed finds for us. It's getting harder to get the kids excited to go caching, but once we are on the trails we have a great time. Although she has never actually found a cache, and never trades, Autumn is always excited to go caching. Quote
