Does anyone know a code that looks like hexadecimal(with 0123456789ABCDEF) but is not hexadecimal?

 

I'm sorry, but your question does not make sense.

 

If a value is represented using the digits you described, then it is hexadecimal. It is represented in base 16.

 

There may be some other encoding of the value performed, but that would independent of the representation as hexadecimal digits.

 

Here's an example:

 

474F4F44204C55434B
