Unique Icons not showing for Geocoins

Hello all I am just wondering if I am not the only one who has a few Unique Geocoin Icons that are not working.

Can you post an example?

My own coins seem fine. But in various lists, I'm seeing more generic icons than I'd expect. Maybe this is a database issue. As an example of strangeness, here's a list of just some state Trackable Tags. I do not have a comprehensive list of coin icons that have changed.

It is odd that state flag Trackable tags would not have unique flag icons:

From this list: http://www.geocaching.com/track/geocoinslistall.aspx#A

See above, there's a generic icon for "Travel Flag Louisiana". Here's a seller that states there is a unique icon for it, and the page shows a photo of the coin. Here's one Trackable page that also has a photo of the coin, which now has a generic "gray coin" icon. So it sure looks like this is the same coin, which should have a "Louisiana flag" icon.

Important: There may be thousands of messed up icons. I posted this only as an example of the issue.

I haven't heard of any major issues with icons. The occasional icon can go missing, in which case I'll just reload those files to the system. The particular series you referenced hasn't necessarily had all icons submitted yet. So those cases are up to the individual manufacturers.

This week, I contacted the manufacturer of the "Travel Flag Louisiana", which I used in the example above. Next the manufacturer contacted Groundspeak, and now the icon is back (or is available if never shown before, as the case may be):

So, just how do I know in advance that any given coin's generic icon is not supposed to be a generic icon, such as in the example above where it obviously is not?

This is for that one icon only. To be clear, is the OP to find each coin manufacturer and ask if there is a special icon, and have them contact Groundspeak? For every coin that seems to have an incorrectly displayed generic icon?

Because if I paid for a vanity icon for my own Geocoin, I'd be super torqued to find out that it's become a generic one.

I don't know how you did a screen shot, but I can name the coins that should be unique icons that are not showing up.

Can you tell if there were once icons, now generic? The "Travel Flags" (which I posted just as an example) all have unique icons, but the proper image had yet to be submitted by the manufacturer, and nobody noticed til now. Or something. B)

So I asked about the Louisiana tag specifically, and that was fixed. Just that one.
