When I put a username into the box and click search the name disappears but nothing happens. Is there a way to do this from the app? If not, can I do it from geocaching.com on my phone or do I have to use a pc? Thanks! Quote Link to comment
+HCompleto Posted January 9, 2016 Share Posted January 9, 2016 (edited) Greetings, First of all, whatever you do on your phone should also work on your pc, so no, you don't have to use your pc, it is just easier. I've also tried to do with from within the app but have not succeeded. I assume you were using this page to lookup a username. When you search a username and hit "Go" it will reload a page and then you have to pick one of the users from the list that pops up and hit "Pick a User". If what I described is what you need then it might have something to do with either your browser or possible an anti-ad plugin. Do you run any plugin such as adblock? Also, visit your account's preferences and make sure "Block friend requests from other geocachers" isn't ticked. Let us know if none of this things work.
