+FamousEccles
I have the same problem (Foxpro). The thumbnail sits right on top of the zoom controls making the mapping function useless at the moment. How to get rid of it please? Quote Link to comment
Brittney Mulka
I have the same problem. It makes the map hardly usable. I have a PC as well. Quote Link to comment
+MartyBartfast
FWIW I went to check this and I had exactly the same (Firefox on Linux), and what is actually happening is that the ribbon at the top of the map (with the GC logo on the left and my avatar, username and messages link on the righ) had gone, placing the Avatar right over the zoom buttons at top left and the messages link to the right of it. I then closed and re-opened the browser and it seems to be working correctly and I can't reproduce it now, so not sure what's going on. Quote Link to comment
+TriciaG
Top portion is with the filter sidebar visible. Bottom portion is full-screen map. All that stuff used to be on the right side of the green bar, but has gone rogue. Edited January 6, 2016 by TriciaG Quote Link to comment
+HHL
Reloading the webpage may help. At least on a PC it did. Hans Quote Link to comment
Moun10Bike
A hard refresh of the page in the browser will fix this issue. Quote Link to comment
+FamousEccles
On Foxpro for Windows, I found that opening the Configuration GME page (settings wheel bottom left)and clicking on Defaults solved the problem permanently. Thank you to all respondents for your helpful inputs. Quote Link to comment

+dancer69
I am using Firefox in Windows and I have tried everything that I know how to remedy this profile picture on my map page. I have shut down and restarted my pc, is that the same as a hard refresh? Thanks.. Quote Link to comment
Moun10Bike
No, you need to clear the cache of the page in the browser, which you can either do through browser settings or by pressing Ctrl + F5 (or command + shift + R for those who use a Mac). I'm using Google Chrome as a browser and was having the same problem. Ctrl + F5 appears to have fixed it. Quote Link to comment
