Adding a log entry

I am unsure how to add a log entry to the cache that I created, i.e. to add a note. I see that other cache creators have done it. They have maintenance entries and they have note entries. I don't see either option when looking at the log for my cache. Does it require a Premium Membership?

Are you looking for owner log options on a smartphone app? They are pretty easy to find if you look on the Geocaching.com web site version of your cache listing, at the upper right, "Log Your Visit" plus the special owner options such as archiving your cache.

No, PM is not required to post notes on a cache listing you own.
