I am a geocacher from Delaware, and am currently working on a difficult multi-stage puzzle cache. My question is, are there any hiders out there that may be willing to put out a stage of this cache in their home state? Anywhere in the US is fine, but I'm mainly looking at the Eastern US. Thanks!
