+Vidfamne
Tried my first 'real' Wherigo this weekend, GC64TPB, but it didn't work well. I'm not to familiar with these games yet to determine wether the problem lies with the player or the cartridge. It starts up well and so, and is a straight-forward point-and-go touristic cartridge, but after a few stops, it looses the distance and arrow pointers at the top and the only way to navigate is by 'distant', 'in proximity' notifications. Luckily we were in a group and some new directions anyway and after a few more stops, the distance and direction pointers comes back. Just to dissappear again after a few more stops. In the end, this made it to difficult to continue running this cartridge, so I never finalized it. When backing out to save the game, I found the distance and pointer in the tasklist again, so it cannot be totally bad... As stated, I cannot tell if this is a problem with the cartridge or the player though. Quote Link to comment
