New Geocache

From the date of submission of the cache the review process usually takes up to 7 days. If it goes over this period, send a friendly follow-up reviewer note log asking about progress with the review. Reviewing may be shared between different reviewers who will each have their review schedule and work load, so one cache may be published before an earlier submitted cache - but it would only be a matter of a day or two.

Your cache was read by a reviewer on the 4th; a question has been asked.

Further review and possible publication await your response to that question.

I can't tell tell if that happened before or after you posted here.

Good luck!

Hi there,

Where can I find the question that was asked as I was checking everyday.

Thank you.

Communications from the Reviewer

Your geocache may be published as submitted, or the reviewer may have questions or concerns which they will post in a log to the geocache page (Reviewer Note). Please read and respond to those questions or concerns.

Do this by posting a Reviewer Note on the cache page. All Reviewer notes will delete upon publication.

Submitted, unpublished geocaches can be seen on your profile page.

I see your cache is published! congrats.

I'll leave my original response below on how to see the question and to respond, as this comes up often.

You receive all logs to your cache page as email, this includes the Reviewer Note posted yesterday.

After publication all logs to all your caches will come as email as well.

These logs are sent to the address you have on file here, and will come from noreply@geocaching.com

https://www.geocaching.com/account/settings/emailpreferences

Many times people use a junk email account to set up their Geocaching.com account, and don't check it. So check it!

Also, some ISP will automatically spam email from "noreply@geocaching.com". Be sure that you can receive that. Check spam folders.

Finally, the log itself is ON your cache page. Log onto your account, and onto the cache page, and scroll down. There it is.

Respond as directed please ;-)
