Recently moved to Poland (sorry, I don't speak the language yet) and ready to start discovering it, especially those mysterious wonderful forgotten places from the past. So far have seen a lot of pictures of stunning spots, especially here: http://lost-places.com/placespolen.html Would love to go there or other lost and forgotten places. Of course there are many great places/caches here (as in any other European country ) - the best would be to use the right tools to find those, please check http://project-gc.com/Tools/WhatsHot (filter for Poland) or http://www.forgotten.pl/ . Both should give you some clues where to start... PS. There are also some local geocaching projects which are theme focused, some of them are related to the historical places; take a look at http://www.geocaching.pl/projects.php .
