+remman
I have a page that is saved in a Word document that I want to paste into the Mystery Cache Description page to create a new Mystery Cache. I can't seem to be able to do this. Can anyone help me? Quote Link to comment
+niraD
You may be able to get the formatting you want via HTML in your cache description. See the Help Center article HTML In Geocache Descriptions. It's hard to be more specific without knowing what kind of formatting you have in your MS Word document, but the document linked above should be a good starting point. Quote Link to comment
+BCandMsKitty
I quite often do this but I paste it in the description when I am in the original "hide a new cache" pages. If I have saved that and then go back and edit and paste, I will have to put in the HTML coding as niraD has suggested. And as has been suggested, more detail would be good to help make a better answer for you. Oh yeah .. You might also have to use the keyboard to paste the text. Ctrl V will paste the text from your clipboard to wherever you have your cursor. I quite often can't right click and paste, but have to use the keyboard. +Auld Pharrrt
I copy and paste the plain text version to the description, click the SOURCE button and copy and paste it all back to Word ... that way I have a copy of the HTML formatted version, for future reference/changes Quote Link to comment
